Once again, CROWN has teamed up with Centennial College to host the Centennial College tournament will be taking place this year from October 26-28, in Scarborough, ON.
This year’s event will feature teams in two Divisions, a Platinum and a Gold, with teams playing a minimum of three games each.
The Platinum tournament will feature 16 teams from the Ontario Prep league, high-end High School teams from Ontario and Quebec, and will also host a prep school coming all the way from Nova Scotia. Each will be playing two games on Friday, and one more on Saturday. Determining which teams will advance to Sunday’s Final-Four to play in the semi-Finals, will be based on the winners of each of the four Pools. The semi-final winners will play for the title later on that day in the division Championship.
The Gold event will feature two pools of 8 teams, 7 high school teams from Ontario and 1 from Quebec. This division will see their games start with two on Saturday and have their third on Sunday. Pool winners will advance to the Championship later that day.
As in previous years, the event will be taking place at Centennial College’s Progress Campus, located at 941 Progress Ave in Scarborough.
